Pudu Robots Enhances Service Efficiency at Parkhotel in Austria
Parkhotel Eisenstadt in Burgenland, Austria, welcomed five special new team members: Pudu Robotics’ KettyBot, HolaBot, BellaBot, FlashBot, and the cleaning robot PUDU CC1. These robots represent the first robotic employees in Burgenland, taking on responsibilities such as floor cleaning, item and food delivery, and serving as welcoming assistants to engage with guests.

These robots represent the first robotic employees in Burgenland, taking on responsibilities such as floor cleaning, item and food delivery, and serving as welcoming assistants to engage with guests.
Michael Novak, the hotel manager, emphasized the goal of allowing staff more time to interact with guests to provide personalized and caring service. With the support of Pudu Robotics technology, the hotel aims to lighten the staff’s workload, enabling them to focus on delivering a higher quality of customer service.
At Parkhotel, each of the five Pudu’s robots serves a unique purpose, streamlining operations from guest reception to in-room service. Upon entering the hotel, guests are greeted by KettyBot, who uses a professional voice interaction system and a large display to provide essential information, enhancing the hotel’s warm atmosphere.
HolaBot and BellaBot, leading the delivery duties, efficiently deliver orders from the kitchen to various tables in the hotel’s two restaurants. Their ability to automatically navigate and deliver food not only conserves staff energy but also minimizes human error during the service process. “Our staff is very happy because Pudu’s robots can carry up to 60 kilograms, significantly reducing their workload,” said server Patricia Genuario-Ürmös.
PUDU CC1 is responsible for cleaning the first-floor conference rooms, ensuring cleanliness and providing a comfortable environment for meetings. FlashBot assists with timely deliveries to guest rooms, addressing requests for towels, toiletries, and meals.
According to the hotel manager, Parkhotel is the first hotel in Burgenland to implement such robotic solutions. The integration of Pudu’s Robotics not only enhances service efficiency but also allows staff to concentrate on fulfilling guests’ additional needs. Furthermore, the introduction of robots adds a modern and tech-savvy atmosphere to the hotel, increasing its appeal. This represents a perfect blend of technology and hospitality, signaling a new trend in the future of the hotel industry.
